Daniel Roibal

Daniel Roibal  (b. 2001, Palma de Mallorca, Spain) is a contemporary artist whose abstract paintings invite contemplation and reflection. He earned his BA in Fine Arts from Chelsea College of Arts in 2024 and is currently pursuing an MA in Painting at the Royal College of Art in London.

Rooted in his experiences with nature, Roibal’s practice is shaped by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing), which emphasizes mindful immersion in natural environments. This sensibility infuses his work, inspiring a painterly language that seeks to evoke presence and interconnectedness.

Characterized by dynamic compositions and a meditative engagement with the natural world, his paintings encourage viewers to slow down, immerse themselves, and reconnect with the immediacy of the present moment.
